SIGNING OF THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES
SEPTEMBER 17th (CONSTITUTION DAY & CITIZENSHIP DAY)
6:30PM-8:30PM at 427 PARK STREET NORTH READING
The blending of Constitution Day, Citizenship Day and I Am An American Day is designed to bring together Naturalized Americans with Americans by birth, supported by the principles of the U.S. Constitution; making us all one people with one purpose to live under, which is freedom.
This invitation is extended to first, second and third generation Americans and immigrants waiting to be naturalized. This is an opportunity for us to assimilate by getting to know each other and experience what we all have in common.
Come celebrate this special day that reflects what is good about America, the greatness of its people and the determination to keep it that way. America is the only nation that is blending nationalities into one America. It is here that the world becomes one; families integrate through marriage as old prejudices fade, ultimately resulting in a nation of people dedicated to the idea of living together as a free people guided by the U.S. Constitution.
