I read in the Boston Herald last week as to how the president of the Mass Teacher’s Assoc. gave a speech at a rally. She demanded defunding of police and other leftist demands. There are some bad cops. There are many poor quality teachers too. The U.S. ranks very low in the world for education levels. Perhaps we should defund school systems because they perform poorly. Perhaps we should abolish the “teacher development day” programs where schools close a half day. Some suburban communities have several of these days. How about developing students more? I’m very pro union, but I don’t think that leftist rhetoric belongs in the union movement.
The left should defund their drug dealers.
