Update on our prior post about the scheduled forced-vaccination of a child by Mass. Dept. of Children & Families
Attorney, Richard C. Chambers, Jr., of Lynnfield Massachusetts successfully prevented the Massachusetts’ Department of Children & Families (DCF) from vaccinating a 16 year old “juvenile” in their care against his parents’ wishes. This child was removed from the family home because of the political beliefs of one of the child’s parents.
Chambers successfully drafted, filed and won a preliminary hearing for an Emergency Motion for Injunctive Relief and a Temporary Restraining Order’, which stopped the scheduled August 2, 2021 vaccination date and forced the 8/10/21 hearing.
The next court date is September 1, 2021. At that time, Dr. Robert Malone will testify via Zoom on behalf of the Parents.
