Toby Leary Cancelled! Youtube Deletes Leary Rapid Fire Channel

NOTES BETWEEN PRINTED EDITIONS:

Boston, MA. . .Today Toby Leary, the Chairman of The Civil Rights Coalition, expressed extreme frustration after the cancellation of his Youtube channel—CapeGunWorks.

“After ten years of discussing our 2nd amendment rights and building a large following of supporters, CapeGunWorks channel has been deleted.  I have been cancelled,” said Leary.  “My first amendment rights to protect our 2nd amendment rights have been denied.”

Leary has been hosting CapeGunWorks for over 10 years and had grown his subscribers to 26,000.  He had posted thousands of educational videos.

“Youtube is a public forum.  We should not be censored especially standing up for our rights.  Our rights are being deleted right in front of our eyes,” said Leary.

Leary is the Chair of the Civil Rights Coalition that has launched a statewide ballot referendum to repeal the bad law – An Act to Modernize Firearms Laws.  He believes that this cancellation is due to his efforts to collect over 100,000 signatures to repeal the Healey unconstitutional law.

“Over the past year, we have shown our political strength.  Instead of debating me and having an open discussion, they silence me.  I don’t believe in coincidences,” said Leary.  “We are currently investigating other ways to get our message out to voters.  After today, I am even more steadfast in our mission to repeal chapter 135.”

  1. My strong suspicion is that this removal was orchestrated by supporters of the new Massachusetts gun law, tho I’m sure the governor made certain this horrendous attack on both free expression and an informed public isn’t traceable back to herself. In recent years Toby has devoted a substantial portion of Cape Gun Works’s YouTube channel to pushing back on the state’s ugly suppression of a fundamental right. (Certainly the Second Amendment as part of the Bill of Rights is fundamental.) We all should keep the state’s war on the 2A civil right in mind every time a Democrat attacks President Trump or the entire Republican Party as “authoritarian”.
