Boston Challenges the 50 States to Put Their Public Servants on Notice

by Joan Quinn Eastman

Frustrated with today’s upside-down government? Feeling futile and powerless as freedom dwindles? Too weary to take even one more step to try to do anything about it?

What if the next step empowered you to take action that could curtail the tyranny of our government, and course-correct corruption, without massive organizing, without raising money, and without waiting years for protracted court cases to resolve? Then would you take it?

If you answered YES, please read on. Answers lie in educating yourself with this important knowledge.

The power of one can and DOES make a difference. It is accessed by truly comprehending the power that has been bestowed upon each and every one of us as we simply stand on truth that is self-evident—the truth found in the Constitution, the Declaration of Independence and the common law of the land.

We are a lawful nation, not a legal nation. The Constitution and Bill of Rights are far more than just historical documents left in the past. They are the cornerstones of the laws that govern our great nation.

By learning the Notice & Affidavit process, We the People are able to individually, and collectively, peacefully claim our place as the rightful leaders of our country, keeping our government in check, and serving the public as intended.

Participation is a personally empowering experience. It is a mechanism that fulfills our duty as a self-governing society to take peaceful, lawful action—to keep our rights intact.

People across the country are putting their public servants on notice, reminding them that they work for us, not the other way around. This is clearly, and irrefutably stated in the documents our Founding Fathers created to frame our government to secure our rights, their only function.

Massachusetts is the “Cradle of Liberty.” Its state Constitution is considered the best in the nation, with every word of it holding true today.

Mass. Preamble Excerpt

The end of the institution, maintenance, and administration of government, is to secure the existence of the body politic, to protect it, and to furnish the individuals who compose it with the power of enjoying in safety and tranquility their natural rights, and the blessings of life: and whenever these great objects are not obtained, the people have a right to alter the government, and to take measures necessary for their safety, prosperity and happiness.

Boston is challenging all 50 states to join in this empowering movement by presenting truth to their governors and public officials on down through the Notice & Affidavit process.

People are letting their voices be heard in most cases without even uttering a word, by properly asserting their right through this process. There have been thousands of positive outcomes across the country. Let’s make it millions, and build on our “strength in numbers.”

There are many ways to participate. Do what you do best, but do something. Whether it is as simple as signing a Jotform, like this one:

What part of “shall not be infringed” does the government not understand? https://tinyurl.com/lawfulnotification.

Or, delivering Notices, by email, snail mail, or in person, to participating in sharing the power of this knowledge with others.

Other pressing infringements that are being challenged by truth and facts include:

– The unlawful invasion of illegal immigrants

– Sex ed for elementary school students

– Securing our elections

Examples that serve as templates for all states are accessible through the Operation Secured Republic on the www.wethepeople2.us page.
