It was considered publically as a last-use medication. In the early SARS infections in this century, the United States shipped its total amount of this drug to China. Apparently, these infections came under rapid control. Presently the USA does not manufacture symmetrel. Canada may get it from China. Presently we are having a flu-like epidemic. The world of alternative medicine now suggests epicore. Found originally as a baking product, its effectiveness against colds put it on the market. Later apparently, a fungus in the product was considered its source of success. Penicillin is a fungus. Ask your health worker about this and other pill form products. Our present state of affairs is not the most productive moments in the history of medicine.
