Mass. Senate Meets for 4 minutes today, will meet again Thursday.

Two members of the senate, one democrat, one republican, met today.
The other 48 stayed home, went on vacation, ran their other businesses, whatever, but they didn’t show up, and that’s typical. This is what they do most of the year. It’s called “informal” session and anything can happen.

They met for 4 minutes.
