Trump must fire Mueller

Special Counsel has declared war on the president

By Jeffrey T. Kuhner

Special Counsel Robert Mueller has declared war on President Trump. His goal is to remove Trump from power at all cost. If the president doesn’t act—and soon—Mueller and his establishment enablers will impeach him, plunging the country into a constitutional crisis.

The FBI’s recent raid on the office and home of Trump’s personal lawyer, Michael Cohen, is a political watershed. Acting upon a referral by Mueller and his team, FBI agents seized all the privileged documents between Cohen and his client, Trump—including emails, computers, tax records and business documents. The alleged reason for the raid is Mueller’s claim that Cohen may have engaged in bank fraud and campaign finance violations. Cohen paid $130,000 in Oct. 2016 to silence former Porn actress, Stormy Daniels. She claims to have had consensual sex one-time with Trump twelve years ago.

Mueller’s real objective, however, is to engage in a flagrant fishing expedition. Having found nothing regarding Russia collusion, he is determined to bring Trump down. Hence, an FBI agent has been assigned to meticulously examine every line of every seized document. The goal: To find any kind of possible crime or illegal act—a land deal, financial transaction or violation of tax law—in order to justify impeaching Trump. As Stalin’s henchman, Lavrenti Beria, famously said: “Show me the man, and I’ll show you the crime.”

The FBI raid strikes at the very heart of a scared Anglo-American right—one that goes back centuries: Attorney-client confidentiality. Under our justice system, the communications between a lawyer and his or her client is supposed to be privileged. In other words, like the doctor-patient relationship or the communications between a priest and a penitent during confession, it is considered sacred. In his desperate bid to get Trump, Mueller has assaulted that fundamental right. He has also violated the Fourth Amendment, which is supposed to protect citizens against unreasonable searches and seizures.

Mueller has not just engaged in hyper-aggressive prosecutorial tactics; he has crossed the Rubicon. His actions represent an attack on our democracy and constitutional republic. He has weaponized law enforcement in order to bring down a duly elected president. Mueller’s behavior should frighten any concerned citizen: If the FBI can do it to the president of our country, then they can do it to anyone. This kind of political witch hunt took place in Stalin’s Russia and Nazi Germany. It is not supposed to happen in a Western-style democracy, let alone the United States.

Mueller has now revealed that, contrary to the claims of his media supporters, he is not interested in justice or finding the truth. Rather, he is a paid assassin, whose mission is to execute the deep state’s desire to overturn the 2016 election. Having loaded up his staff with Democratic partisans and Hillary donors. Mueller has shown he will stop at nothing to bring down Trump. Mueller has gone from investigating alleged Trump-Russia collusion to hush payments to a washed-up porn star. The New York Times reports that Mueller and his FBI allies are also interested in finding out more about the infamous “Access Hollywood” tape. This is one of the reasons they seized Cohen’s privileged documents. They want to know if Trump told his lawyer whether he actually did grab a woman by the “p***y.” In other words, Mueller’s sole aim is to destroy Trump’s presidency.

In the face of an out-of-control special prosecutor, the Washington establishment is circling the wagons around Mueller. Both Democrats and Republicans have sponsored legislation that would make it almost impossible for Trump to fire him. Moreover, Republican Sens. Mitch McConnell, John McCain, Lindsey Graham, John Cornin, Marco Rubio and Chuck Grassley have warned Trump that, should he fire Mueller, they will join the Democrats and impeach him. Mueller is openly trying to bully and blackmail the president, and the establishment GOP is deliberately turning a blind eye.

The reason is simple: The ruling class wants Trump ousted from office. The dirty secret in Washington is that most Republicans despise the president—and his America First agenda—as much as the Democrats. The globalist uniparty wants him out. And Mueller is the stake aimed at Trump’s heart.

Trump is going to get impeached. The question is no longer if but when. There are too many entrenched interests aligned against him—the permanent Washington bureaucracy, the deep state, the donor class, the media-industrial complex, the Never Trump resistance, the Democrats, and the RINO Republicans.

Hence, he needs to strike back before it’s too late. Trump should address the nation in a televised speech and document Mueller’s numerous egregious abuses of power. Most stunning, Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein signed off on the FBI raid. This means that Trump’s own Justice Department and FBI has joined Mueller in launching a war against the president. Trump, however, has an ace up his sleeve: Middle America. If he lays out to the voters the extent of the deep state’s treasonous attempt at a slow-motion coup d’état, then they will rally around him. He needs to fire Attorney General Jeff Sessions for recusing himself from the Russia investigation, thereby opening the door to the appointment of Mueller. Trump then should fire both Rosenstein and Mueller—the swamp snakes out to poison his presidency.

Trump is in a political death struggle with his enemies. He needs to kill them before they kill him. Otherwise, his days as president are numbered.

  1. I’ve been listening to you for over one year, now. Gradually you have cleared the poisonous fog that hides the swamp. In this essay, you state for us the cold light of day toward which you’ve heading for at least a full year – In spite of the ensuing firestorm, our President has absolutely no alternative: He must fire Sessions, Rosenstein, an Mueller. He has nothing, now, to lose. It’s him or the swamp.
